Info for girls with BB&B registries...

I hope this helps someone out - because I wish I would have known this....!

I went into BB&B today because I looked over my registry and saw a bunch of items that weren't available for purchase.

I immediately thought they were discontinued and started deleting a lot of it from my registry. ( )

After I went in and talked to a bridal consultant I realized this wasn't the case.Just because it isn't available online on your registry does NOT mean that it isn't available to buy IN the store. None of my items - except for a picnic basket (WHICH I REALLY WANTED! ) - were discontinued.

And, if one of your guests really wants to buy you the item even though it isn't available online BB&B can order it from a store that has it and have it shipped.

So don't freak out like me if you're noticing that things aren't 'available.'

Seems like obvious info, but dumbo here (aka me) had no idea.

I actually was just reading mine today and wondering why it said that for so many items!

You still have time before your wedding, hopefully they will have new picnic baskets in by then!

Thanks for the info Bon! Also for girls registered at BB&B--keep your original registries! If the items go on sale they're going to give you the current price the item sells for (or in my case the item was being discontinued so the price had went down) but if you keep your original registry you will get back the original price the item sold for.
