So I went to the store where all BM's bought there gowns to pick them up. The woman comes back with four gowns and says th other gown has been picked up already!!! I said, by whom? She said she didn't know. The woman could not give me the name of the indvidual who picked up the last gown becuase there wasnt one. They lost one of my BM's gowns and I told them they have a 48hr turna round period to find it! I am so disgusted!!!!!!!!!
P.S. the girl whose gown is missing lives in Washington DC and hasnt been in this store since she ordered her dress.

I'd be angry also. My bridal shoppe is the same story. My 4 girls ordered shawls to match the dresses in October! My wedding is next week and the shawls, I was told should be in 'any day now.' I hope it works out for you. What a terrible predicament to be in after you brought them all that business.

That's just terrible. So sorry to hear about this. I thought most bridal salons actually require a SIGNATURE for a dress to leave the store.

I would be ringing someones neck.. then i would flip on them for lying to me saying it was picked up to try and cover their a$$es! that is SOOOOOO F'd up!.. i'd love to know how that girl would feel if this happened to her and she was told someone picked it up when they didnt!.... some people
