Check with your MOH to see if she was billed/charged for the dress. So you have more proof that it was supposed to be ordered!

i myself haven't had any screws up with David's but i can tell you that their customer service is awful! when i was going there to buy my BM's dresses, the girls were rude and no one wanted to help. they all just walk around aimlessly! i hope everything works out for you...did you speak to a manager? if you yell loud enough, you may be able to get it for free!!!

I can't believe that happened. I would be so mad, in fact I got mad at David's Bridal just by reading your post. IHopefully they can fix their mistake.

I would DEFINITELY send them a letter via certified mail if they don't deliver the dress within 48 hours (like you asked). In the letter, I would demand that they order a rush replacement (at no additional charge).

If they refuse, you can dispute the charges with your credit card company and get a refund...

this happened to one of my friends at a David's Bridal in Massachusetts. A week later they called her and said they had found the dress. When she went to pick it up, they gave it to her balled up in a PLASTIC SHOPPING BAG!!! She said it was all wrinkled, had a stain on it, and the best part....it was the wrong size.

So sorry you're going through this! I hope it works out better for you than it did for my friend!!!!
