Yes I used him, I would definitely recommend them. He did a great job and a fast turn around.

There have been a lot of complaints in the last few weeks. But...I used him and my envelopes came out great and the turnaround was very quick. Never had a problem getting in touch with him but I hear some people are having issues.

I used Bill for my envelopes - they did come out good, but it took a while and they said they sent them out and they didn't - it wasn't that big of a deal to me bc I had plenty of time, but some people haven't had such good experiences with them lately.

Can't tell you anything about InkSpun. But I had my envelopes done by Follow Your Heart. They came out great and their prices are reasonable.

I used Bill from Inkspun.
My envelopes came out beautiful, and it was cheap.
He didn't return e-mails, only was able to get him on the phone....not very organized.

he just really screwed over one of our 06 brides... i would never want to give my business to anyone that would do that to a bride!! he used to get rave reviews, but now all i have been reading is complaints about bad customer service!!

I used Inkspun for my envelopes, programs and place cards and he did a great job for me.
It seems that it is one guy who does this business on the side. I called him on the weekends and always got in touch with him.
In fact, I called him on a Saturday morning regarding my programs. I emailed him the info and within a hour he formatted and sent me the proof of my programs. I approved them and I had them by Tuesday morning.

I just want to add my two cents. I used Bill two weeks ago for my envelopes. I sent him the order form and attached my guest list. That day he sent back an email saying he couldn't open the file. I resent it to a different email addy that he provided. He opened it, but it was in the wrong format (my mistake). I resent it. Two days later I had my formatted list for proofing. I proofed the list (on Friday), and ok'd the printing. On Sunday I found out there was a mistake. I called him first thing Monday morning and sent an email. He responded the same day. I had my envelopes on Wednesday (July 6) - and they are BEAUTIFUL!!
A bride did post that his website says he is on vacation until July 31 - but I haven't checked it myself.

He did an excellent job with a very quick turnaround. I was concerned about getting in our envelopes before he left for vacation, but he both e-mailed me and called me to reassure me that he could get everything back in time. I also ended up e-mailing him with 5 additional sets of envelopes at the last minute, and he did them free of charge. Everything was gorgeous. No complaints here. My only advice would be that you should call if you don't hear from him right away on e-mail.

I just got my envelopes from Inkspun and they turned out great. I will say that I sent my envelopes to him during the time that his office was officially 'on vacation' but it seemed like he was working occassionally during that time. He wasn't immediately responsive to emails but I dont know if that was because of the skeletal crew or the general way he works...All I know is that I spoke to him early on and told him when I needed to get my envelopes back and he did them during that timeframe and they look great!

I have been hearing so so reviews on him.... i wil weigh my options when that times comes around.... I did e-mail him over a year ago asking about invites and I am STILL waiting for a response. oh well!!!

i used them but they took much longer than i expected!! make sure you contact them before you send your stuff out and be specific about when you need/want them back. their prices are unbelievable and their work is good.
