Does she normally take a long time to get back to you? I emailed her a couple of days ago with some questions I had and she hasnt gotten back to me yet

usually not! The last time I emailed her though, it DID take a couple of days longer than usual.

Yes, my mom had my sister's bridal shower there and she was very slow with reponding. Although once you get through to her she is very efficent and nice to deal with. I know that right now they are very busy with Christmas bookings.

Good to hear! I have just started the planning process and I'm sure I'll be having to contact her with 100's of questions as we move along.
