Inn at NHP Upgrades Question

Question for you Inn brides. Has anyone been able to get a deal or negotiate upgrade pricing? I'm interested in the seafood upgrade for CH and the VH. Combined that's quite a bit of $ and I just want to know if they're willing to work with you. My dealings with the Inn has been pretty impersonal so far. I've spoken to or met with someone different every time and I don't feel like I'm being taken care of, which has been frustrating.

Wow. I'm really surprised by your experience because every time I'm at the Inn I get greeted with a hug and kiss by Frank, the managing partner. Our experience has been 100% personal. Do you call ahead when you go? Maybe you can ask to work with Frank? Janine is also great from what I have heard. Even when Frank isn't there, they have been great to me.

I have gotten some smaller upgrades, which I think they probably give everyone. I'm sure if you did both the seafood and the VH they would give you a break on the price.

I would try to ask for the same person each time, or if you really feel you're not getting good service, ask to speak with Frank. He's really busy, but he's WONDERFUL!

I have met Frank once. My original appt was with Linda and I booked with Barbara. I have an appointment with Janine this weekend, which is why I posted this question for other Inn brides. I'm going to try and start dealing with her exclusively. My friend worked with her and had a good experience.

I havent experienced that either. I would definitely say you want to speak with one person that way everything is written down and not - oh well i didnt hear that sorry -

I def. think if you ordered the two you could get some type of deal.
