insanely angry right now (work related)
i'm sooo angry right now, i'm literally shaking!
it sounds like my idiot co-worker (and he's an idiot in EVERY SINGLE WAY) might soon get promoted to team leader (he SOOOO doesn't deserve it). He's been going to weekly meetings lately with the higher-ups and just now, when I asked our boss about it (actually, i asked to be involved in those meetings too), he just said that we'll need to talk about it later (but prob not till next week because he's busy![]()
). It sounds like the company is 'grooming' him for the new position.
he has seniority at the company, but i have seniority in the group (he just joined us less than a year ago, where i've been in the group almost 3 years).
honestly, if he gets promoted, i will not be sticking around. i will be going to HR the same day to try to be moved into a new group within the company (and if that can't happen, i'll be looking for a new job).
sorry for the long vent .... i just needed to let it out, i guess. thanks for reading ...
