FH and I started this crazy workout!!! It's by the same people who made p90x! Anyone else try this at all? We're on our 2 week of the 60 day goal!
We just got out copies!! How is it so far? have you seen results already?
My stomach is slightly becoming cut but I also feel like I'm gaining weight at the same time because the harder I work out the more my body gets hungry! It's awesome though... You sweat a lot and you get really tired really fast! Keep pushing though!!! We'll look hot for summer so thats all that matter in the end! haha
I heard about it but haven't done it. I heard it is a crazy workout though! Do you have to follow a special diet also? Or is that only with p90x?
So weird that you posted this because I was JUST talking to someone about possibly doing it. I'm scared though! lol
love it! i started it awhile ago but fell off in the middle because I got sick, but it's so much fun. I love that you can't get bored doing it, because the workout changes every day. definitely go for it!
There's no special diet to follow. The kit comes with recipes but eating right is really all you need. They also encourage you to drink some recovery drink after. It is a bit expensive but so worth it. FH found a eBay copy for 40 bucks! Look around I'm sure you can find one!

The Fit Test wasn't too bad. I'm interested to see how the rest of the work outs will be.
we just started the P90x2 ..on week 2 and whew am i exhausted...lol
I saw the infomercial yesterday morning and was tempted to buy it but the 3 easy payments of 39.95 scared me off lol. If anyone sees it for less money let me know! I'd love to try it.
Once I am done with physical therapy, I totally want to get into either P90x or Insanity. I can't wait!!!
