Inserts for Invites

Does anyone have insert templates? My pocketfolds are 7x7 .. and my actual invite is 5x5.

I made my insert templates but I now tweaked the pocketfold (it was DIY) and I now have to change the insert sizes... instead of starting over I was wondering if somene had a template.

Thanks!
