insomnia

I have been out of school for not even 2 weeks and I already have insomnia.

I really can't sleep. Last night I didn't fall asleep until 3 am. Looks like I am heading there tonight too

I've always had trouble sleeping and lately it's worse.. i've been getting to bed around 4 myself every night! This is why i should get back into bartending.. more my speed and more my hours..lol. I'm babysitting my FG and RB who are 3 this weekend.. so i hope i can get myself up every morning.. MUST GET TO SLEEP! lol.

It is so nice to know I am not alone. I also teach and finished 2 weeks ago. I literally watch the hours pass lately...cannot sleep at all...no idea why!

i have insomnia as well. i'm always up till at least 3 am which is by by 2:30 the first page of the boards is usually all me as the last poster.

this might be TMI...but does anyone find thier insomnia is worse when you're pmsing? i just recently noticed this pattern....

I get so sad at the end of the night when all of the threads say that I am the last poster. Makes me feel like a loser queer. Glad I'm not the only one!

You know what. . .I actually have been having a hard time falling asleep at night. I haven't been falling asleep until after 2 when usually by 11 I am shot. I am exhausted but when I get in bed I am wide a wake. I am pmsing as well so maybe there is something to that. HMMMMM
