It's still flowers, but I've seen girls carry just a single wrapped flower, and that looks elegant, and should be cost effective.

I've also seen candles. can look really nice. . they can carry them down and them place them on the table/altar or something

I would love to have kissing balls filled with mistletoe or cranberries. (the second one without the fruit sticking out)

Hummmmm I like that idea might have to make it an option minus the friut!!
