I am using a 'Seating Chart' at the cocktail hour, it will be propped up on an Easel. I think this looks so classy and elegant...I love it! What do you guys think?
but she had many copies that the waiters had...so they could look the people up and tell them where to go...and so that there wouldn't be a build up around the original

I love it,, but we had too many guests to do it (about 150). We didnt want a line of people waiting to get into the reception room.
