Insurance Q girls: Medical HELP

Now that my health insurance will be cutting off as of 8/31 and no job prospect in site, I'm wondering if what I'm hearing is true. A few people have told me that since we live together & our wedding isn't very far away that FH is able to put me under his insurance plan. Is there any truth to this matter? Thanks so much.

For my company, you are only allowed to put a spouse or a dependent. BUT, they pay 80% for other people and 100% for employees. So, if he pays for most of his insurance, then it may be different.
