interactive dances

Well I am trying to figure out how many I would like to have done at our wedding. I know a lot of people like the electric slide,tarantella,chicken dance (wont do that one)...I am trying to figure out what the other ones are...any ideas?

right now the only thing I can think of missing so far is the Macerena. Once again though, I will try to keep thinking.

Thanks Jenn!! They actually still do the hokey pokey? I haven't seen that done at a wedding yet....oh wait...at a wedding I saw mombo no. 5 danced to and the conga line of course! Thanks!!

I've seen the hokey pokey done at weddings recently. I think the macarena has phased out (thank god, I hate that song). Conga line is always a favorite. Especially when the bride leads the line through another party!!

bunny hop? I was at a wedding where the entire conga line was hopping across the room. It was pretty funny seeing the mix of ages hopping all over!

'Lvoe the tarantella, they actually have a modern one we are using.

I had the cha-cha slide (our request!) and the tarentella. Unfortunately - I did not want the tarentella played (but didn't put it on the do not play list) and they payed 2 Italian songs!!!! I was annoyed but everyone danced and seemed to really enjoy it..so I got over it when I saw the video.

Wacky how does the modern tarantella work?

I have seen the dollar wine dance done...thats a cute song....everyone in my family loves the electric slide...haven't seen the cha cha slide done yet...the bunny hop...lol...that must have been funny!

Hey, its the same dance but the version of music is modernized its a hip beat. sounds like dance beat

Niecey...what two songs did they play that you didn't want? I heard that song ti amo....it kinda drives me crazy!!!!!!!!
