What do you think of interest only mortgages? Good or bad idea?

You might want to really consider buying out of state. You would be better off doing that... compared to doing the ramen diet buying in Long Island.

Thanks girls for all your feedback. FH and I have decided to stay away from the interest only mortgage and our sticking w/a conventional...it's what our mortgage broker recommends is best for us. Thanks again!
