Interfaith Chapels

I'm looking for a chapel that will marry interfaith couples. My fiancé grew up without a religion although he went to Catholic school for 12 years and I grew up Catholic although I practice VERY loosely. I know CW post has an interfaith chapel but I think their fee is around $1000. Any one have other suggestions? Thanks so much in advance!

What about just getting married at your reception hall?

Interfaith Chapels - Long Island Weddings

I'm in the same boat. Looking for a pretty church that will marry us but I don't want a religious ceremony and FH has been married in the church once before so a catholic church won't marry us. I won't marry at our hall because I don't like their chapel and I refuse to miss cocktail hour or see him before walking down the aisle.. Will be following this thread hoping for help as well :)

I'm trying to keep my mother happy as she doesn't think that 'people' will think I'm 'really married' if I do it in a reception hall. My personal preference is to have an ordained friend do it.

You can still get married in a Catholic church. You just can't have a full mass. I believe as long as one of you is baptized they will marry you.
