for those of you sending internationally, are you sending out your actual invites, or are you getting cheaper ones??
The invites I am looking at are quite a bit per invite.......I need 16 for Greece and 15 for Italy.....of those invites, only 5 families are coming......2 from italy and 3 from Greece....
do I send them all my normal invite, or do I get cheaper ones to send internationally, atleast to those who I know aren't coming????

I sent the same invites to Ireland that I will be sending to all the people im inviting in the US.

We sent invitations to Italy just as a courtesy. We know they arent coming. We just sent the invitation in the lined envelope and the outer envelope. But we sent the actual invitations.

i am sending about 20 invites international....what we're doing is - same invite...no inserts, only rsvp card/envelope
not many ppl are actually coming, actually i think only my cousin and wife, its more of a courtesy thing

Can you eliminate some things off like the diamond slide off their invites to bring down the price? I loved your invites but $300 is alot (JMO )especially since you know all of these people won't come. I'm sure you can use it elsewhere in your wedding.

We're actually doing cheaper invites...per my mom which I was surprised about...I have about 20 that I have to send out in Italy...and I pretty much know who is and isn't coming...good luck

i thought about sending the dominicans a cheaper invite. but i couldnt deal with the stress of finding another invite esp. after that whole process
