Interview Etiquette Question

Ok, so I have a job interview tomorrow - yes its the one I posted about the other night. I decided to go for it. I gave my paperwork in at 1:30 and got a call at 2 that they want me to interview tomorrow.

Sooooooooooooo, when applying for an internal job and you write you thank you note do you send a note via e-mail or send a handwritten note interoffice? Thanks for the help!!!

personally I would not do an email. I'd type it and send it through inter office mail or deliver it by hand. JMO
