What do you ladies wear to work in the summer (if its in a office where you're supposed to dress nice)? I'm going on an interview and I really don't want to wear long pants (hottt) but I think a dress is too much for an interview...thoughts?

Re: Interview help!?
Even though it is hot I'm sure the office has air conditioning.
I would personally wear a pant suit or slacks and a shell type blouse with a jacket. This way you can take off the jacket when you leave so you will not be so hot.

Unfortunately, I agree.
If you have one that's a skirt suit, that will work, wear a short sleeve blouse with it and when you get there, throw the jacket on when you get int he building.
If not, **** it up and wear a suit with pants. You'll be ok

Re: Interview help!?
i would wear either a pants or skirt suit. but if you wear a skirt suit, you should really wear panty hose with that, so you would be better off with pants suit. And if you think you're going to be uncomfortable the rest of the day, just bring a skirt that you can change into or something.

Re: Interview help!?
i would go for the suit! pant suit or skirt suit.
My office is pretty business casual. But i remember a girl coming in for an interview with a vibrant skirt and top on. It was nice, and she looked nice, but it just looked a little off. Probably because I expected her to be in a suit.
If you're going to be driving to the interview. . .make sure to have the AC blasting!!!

Re: Interview help!?
depends on the type of office.
if its a male interviewing u, it doesnt matter as long as you smile and arent wearing jeans lol
if its a woman...leave the designer bag at home. wear gray or black..pencil skirt. if ur thin..try not to show it toomuch. women get jealous and wont want a thinner woman working in the office.
its sickkkk but u have to cater to pppls insecurities at 1st.

Re: Interview help!?
Yea sorry I think you should wear a suit (with pants)
and they usually suggest that on interviews you shouldn't wear a skirt suit. I guess I kind of agree with that, you don't need someone judging you on what you wear to the interview and ruining your chance at getting the job.. thats why I like a nice simple suit, nothing to talk about
