Interviewing Peditrician tomorrow night - is there anything you wish you'd asked?

I have all the basics - office hours & emergencies, feelings on breast feeding, medications, sleeping, etc. but was wondering if there was anything you encountered with your doctor that you wished you'd known in advance.
