Introducting myself :)

Hi, my name's Laura and I'm from Brooklyn, NYC. I'm marrying my fiance who is from England, but he's taking me back with him to the UK two weeks later :(

We were going to have our wedding in Vegas due to the lack of marriage license restrictions til my mom told me that NYC has no restrictions on us getting married!

I was very happy to hear that and I've decided to start planning my wedding in my good old hometown :)

It should be quite interesting balancing my last year of college with wedding planning! hehe

I look forward to chatting with you guys :)

Welcome to LIW. Congratulations and good luck with everything. I know how you feel about school... I start this semester of grad school on Aug. 29th and I'm getting married on Sept. 23rd.
