Invitation Accessories

I am not sure how it is that I have received so many wedding invitations and still need to ask this question, but here it goes. What exactly is everyone sending besides the actual invite? I know that I always get an invitation, a reponse card and an stamped envelope for the response card. If the reception is listed on the invite, do I need a reception card or can I just have the directions to the reception? When I see pricing for inner/outer envelopes, is the inner envelope the response envelope? Sorry for all of the stupid questions

My invitation includes the reception information on the invite itself. Etiquette wise, you are not supposed to do that unless the reception and ceremony are at the same place (mine are not) but I dont' care.

Along with the invite, I have:

1 - RSVP card with envelope
2 - a direction card with directions, map, parking info for ceremony & reception
3 - Inner Envelope
4 - Outer envelope

all in the outer envelope

good luck - my invitations should be here in 2 weeks - then I have the pleasure of figuring out postage!!!
