Invitation addressing question

My best friend and MOH has a different last name than her husband. They also have 2 kids. Should I use both of their names on the invitation or just 'Raquel P. and Family'?

I would write Mrs. Jane Smith and Mr. John Doe on one line and the children's names on separate lines or and Family on the same name.

Woman's name comes first
