Invitation addressing question
I have a quick question I know you gals can answer. For the return address on the outer envelope, I just have the street address (no name) put, right? So it would read:
123 My Street
Anytown, NY 11111
Also, for the response card envelope, how would I have it addressed?
THANKS!

Re: Invitation addressing question
Yes, on the outer envelope for the return address you don't put a name, just the address. For my response card, I addressed them with my parents name since I live at home with them.
ex: Mr. and Mrs. Joe Smith
123 Any Street
Anytown, NY 00000
Otherwise the response card envelope is addressed to where the bride lives.
Hope this helps!

Re: Invitation addressing question
So to address the response card, would it be proper to have both my FH name and my name or should it be just my name? Thanks for your help!

Re: Invitation addressing question
Well for my response card we put my DH name only with the address. That is really up to you.

Re: Invitation addressing question
It really is up to you. We're only putting my name on the response card b/c I'd rather not make it that obvious that we are living together pre-wedding (sin!). There are some more conservative members of my family who don't need to know that! (and I don't need the flack!) I don't know how your family and parents' friends are, but it's something to keep in mind...Welcome New Vendors
