So today I went to a birthday party at a friend's house. So, I had asked my Godfather to give me his address to send him a STD and an invitation. It turns out that he gave me his mistress' address.
The funny part is that I saw his wife at the party today. She asked me where her invitation was. I told her that I sent her the STD a while back and that I will be sending the invitations next week. I told her that I would call her later to confirm the address. Later on, I talked to my Godfather and he totally deceived me. I was so mad and embarrassed. I didn't know what to do at that point.
At this point, I don't even want to invite him. I looked like a fool and told his wife that maybe the STD was lost in the mail. What else could I have said? Your man is cheating on you!!!!

you said that you spoke with your father about this. what did he say? regardless, i would not invite him to the wedding at this point.

That's so stupid of him.
I have to tell you that from experience...my dad walked out on us after being married to my mom for over 30 years, and hearing stories of other people, I think these men go through mid-life crises and they seriously go nuts and stop making sense. It sounds like he obviously didn't think it through AND he completely disregarded your feelings in the matter.
Also, aside from the whole moral standpoint of it..which ..omg..so awful that he's doing that.... do you really want the focus on your wedding day to be this guy who is there with someone who is not his wife?
