invitation & fil hell...
so first we went through such an ordeal with getting a guest list from his family... then it was a hard time with getting addresses and even last names of some of these people.
then we finally sent them out and 3 came back saying that there were no such addresses.
one of them we never even got the last name for and fh's father said that he was just going to hand it to him in person.
one of them we STILL don't have a last name for OR an ADDRESS and the rsvp date is DECEMBER 1ST!!!
and finally, the thing i love THE most, is the fact that fh & i messaged his cousin in north carolina like 2 months ago on facebook to ask for her address and she wrote back but didn't say her address. we wrote back asking for it again. then last night, she wrote back to us after a few weeks of silence and said that she's been waiting for the invitation and that she gave her address to fh's mom like a month ago......
not only that, but today is my birthday and fh's parents didn't even know, nor did they know how old i was turning, and fh's mom got upset that he left their house on sunday to celebrate mine and my dad's birthday with my family, with her argument being .. 'why can't you spend the whole day with your family?'![]()

eta: also, out of all the rsvps we have received, ONE has been from fh's side of the family and the person put his name as 'victor' when we addressed it to 'hugo' ...... so that's another issue we need to talk to his parents about.![]()
