Invitation help

Hi ladies, my invitation has a vellum overlay with the invitation wording, then below is a pix of my FI and myself from our engagement shoot. My problem is, I do not have a way of attaching the bow to the vellum and then the vellum to the picture. I would really appreciate it, if you ladies could share your suggestions with me for doing this. Happy planning all
