Invitation Help!

Does anyone know the order that the invitations go in the envelope?

I have an outer envelope, inner envelope, Invitation, reception card, tissue paper, response card, church maps, & hotel directions.

How does it all go in the envelope? Facing up, facing down...no clue

Question related? I dont think you are supposed to put the tissue in your invite? Are you? I dont really like it and dont want to put that in.
