We have a limo bus picking up guests from the hotel in the morning and going to the ceremony/recption. The Ceremony is at the Riviera and starts at 11:30. The bus can take the guests from hotel to the riviera and back to the hotel at the end of the wedding how would you include this in your invitation. And how would you word it. HELP!!

You can say something along the lines of:
A shuttle will be provided for those guests staying at the xyz hotel between the hours of x and x. If you wish to make use of this service
something like that..

I would probably include a separate card with this information instead of putting it directly on the invitation. I do like how the poster before worded it though.
