Invitation news...
So, I ordered my invitations from princessweddinginvitations.com maybe a little less than 2 weeks ago. The invites came in about a week (as they promised). The invites were beautiful, but I was a little unhappy because the shade of ink on the invites was darker (and prettier) than the ink shade on everything else. I e-mailed them right away (because all requests for reprints must be made in writing) and got a response the same day. They apologized for the inconvenience and reordered everything (except the invites which were correct) for me, promising that I would receive them in 5 days. Well, I got them today...less than five days and the perfect ink color! So, I am very happy and I have to say that they had great customer service.
