How much did everyone pay for invites? I need between 100-125 and just want to get an idea of what others paid...

i went crazy over budget with my invitations... but i couldn't find anything that wowed me. then i fell in love with hand-calligraphied invitations, so i had a calligrapher design an invitation and print it. she hand-painted a cherry blossom design (my 'theme') on each invite. she also addressed my envelopes.
total cost for 100: about $1200

i spent a little more than $5,000 for 170 invites (this includes calligraphy)...

I spent $217 for 100 invites (w/ inner and outer envelopes) and 300 response/reception cards (with envelopes). FH and I are making our own invites, so we just had to order the paper!

Ours were about $1600 for 150 invites.

Same here, same calligrapher. But I decided that I *needed* to have letterpressed invites. So, add about $400 to Alex's total Thank goodness I didn't get the monogram too!
