Invitation Prices? (repost)

How much did everyone pay for invites? I need between 100-125 and just want to get an idea of what others paid...

TIA!

Ok.. I went a little over with the invites..... I fell in love with one particular invite from Encore and wound up getting it.

For 175 of them I paid about 1,200. Crzay I know.. but imo- i loved them and they are the first thing that the guest sees. After I saw these, nothing else compared.

This is the invite that I ordered- but not my actual invite!

I don't know the exact price paid cause my FMIL sells Carlsun Craft invites...

But I ordered 100 invitations
Lined inner envelope
RSVP cards and envelopes
Matching Thank You cards

Retail Price - about $300.00 - but I know the cost was about 1/2 that

I fell in love with Encore invites which would have cost well over $1,000 for 125 invites. We came into some budget contraints since we now have to pay for our RD, so I was recommened this graphic designer who now does invitations out of her house so she could stay home with her kids.

We met her at a paper store to pick out papers for our custom invites. She is doing 3 different samples for us to see which we like best. Depending on which we choose (due to cost of the paper), the price will be less than 1/2 of the Encore invites, for ones that are nicer, and unique to only our wedding.

I am in love with an invite that will be about $1200 for 125.

Unfortunately the only other thing I like is the scrolls with dowels. They were more money!!

$250 Custom invites. I designed every aspect of the invite.
This included personalized response cards (you don't have to # them), return addresses printed and addressed to the guest also.
