I was quoted approximately $1200 for 150 invitations. This includes the invitations, response cards, direciton cards, reception cards and envelopes.
Is that a crazy price? I have no idea.... If you don't mind sharing, what was the deal with your invitations?

That's a lot, but I've definitely heard more. What invitation are you using?

Re: Invitation Pricing Help!
I paid $1000. It was a bit over budget, but we fell in love with the invitations, they were very unique. We have gotten tons of compliments on them. Some invitations are definitely more expensive than others. It depends on what you like!

I got 120 invite for $240 through costco's website, you don't need to be a costco member:

Re: Invitation Pricing Help!
My invites are my DIY project. After getting crazy price quotes ($800-900) I decided to print my own! I bought 150 invites at AC Moore, and the $$ we are saving can be applied to something else (like our honeymoon or the photographer!)
Good Luck!

Re: Invitation Pricing Help!
that seems really high to me. i paid about $450 for 125 and got them from Kathy at Follow Your Heart (she's a vendor on here). You know who has really great invites? I was at You're Invited to Celebrate on Jericho Tpke in Mineola the other day with FH's cousin (she's getting married in Sept) and they are awesome!
if you have a particular invite in mind you could post a picture on the VHB board and get price quotes. that's what i did and that's how i saved so much money. HTH!

Re: Invitation Pricing Help!
It depends on what kind of invitations you got. You can get that many invitations for a lot less.
If you are looking to spend less, definitely check out Costco and Party City as well as some of your local print shops.

Re: Invitation Pricing Help!
I paid 275.00 for 150 invites. A friend who is a graphic artist did them for me, but even if she didn't she said they would have been around 500.00. so your prices seems like a lot.
