Invitation question...
I sent away for some invitation samples I liked and I was just wondering if the paper that they're printed on is all that thin??? I was just wondering. Thanks!

Invitation quality
It depends. After having some invitation samples sent to us, we decided to go out and look through books and went to Bridal Boutique in Massapequa Park, so we could see the actual quality without waiting on the mail to come. There are a lot of invitations out there that just didn`t seem to us to be good quality .. even if the price seemed as if it should be.

Which companies did you order samples from?
I think I have ordered samples from pretty much every invite company out there! Tell me which you ordered and I'll check my folder...

We ordered ours from einvites.com...
Our cardstock was very heavy. We had never seen invitations like them before and fell in love. So many people raved about how beautiful they were - they were fairly inexpensive and we saved 10% by ordering from a link to them through weddingchannel.com. Michele

Invitation question...
They''re located on Sunrise Hwy, the south side, just next door to the Curtain Store. They''re a few blocks east of the Park Blvd. intersection. Their address: 5000 Sunrise Hwy, Massapequa Park Phone: 516-797-4355 I definitely recommend checking out the books they have, especially since you live in the area. They didn''t pressure us to hurry through their books, and when we went back to place our order the following week, Tony was very helpful in assisting us with the proper quantities. I was asking for 25 more than he thought I needed, so I listened to his advice and it turned out he was right on! He also gave good advice on the wordings for the different pieces. But, make sure you have some idea of how you want things to read. It makes it so much easier when it comes time to order. As for prices, I thought they were reasonable. Everything in the books is discounted, I believe by 15% (if I recall correctly). If you purchase favors through them, they give you 25% off. Bottom line, we looked over hundreds of invitations all at once. Our invitations came in quickly, and they offer proofs for you to check before the invitations go to print. We had our invitations just over one week from ordering.Welcome New Vendors
