I am inviting two people from my job who are dating each other but do not live together. do i send each of them a separate invitation or just send the invite to one of them plus guest or do i make it out to both of their names but send it to one of their addresses?

Re: Invitation Question
Would you have invited both of them if they weren't dating? Do you know both of them well? If so I would send separate invitations.
If you would have invited just one, and don't know the other well, then send to the one who you are close to with 'And Guest'.
Definately don't send to both names at one address.

Re: Invitation Question
yes, i would have invited them separately. when i send each their own invite do i still put 'and guest' to be proper even though i know they'll bring each other? thanks.

Re: Invitation Question
You should not send one invite with both names since they do not live together. BUT I would not send 'and guest' unless they are casually dating. I would send each individual an invite to their home, without 'and guest'. They can RSVP individually and then seat them next to one other.
