i need help figuring out how to address the invitation im sending to my minister.

her husband is a doctor so is it doctor and reverend ________
or

reverend and doctor ________

i have no idea what would be proper

I remember reading somewhere that proper etiquette says that the woman's title goes second

but rules are meant to be broken...
