Invitation Question - Is it too early to order the invites?
We found the invitaton we want for our wedding. That's the Good News!! But our wedding is October 1, 2004, is it to early to order? How long did it take to get your invites after you ordered them? Should we wait a couple of months?

I read somewhere you should order them 5 months before because they take about a month to come in. You may want to wait because you may find something you like better OR because they take up space OR you dont want anything to happen to them because your wedding is over a year away. Save you $$... heck buy something else wedding related.

my wedding is a month after yours and once we get everything settled with times and places for the ceremony we are going to order them-we found one we love! It's just a matter of the contents! I think it's fine-nothing will happen if you keep them in a safe place & it's another expense out of the way! Where I am ordering them from only takes about 2-3 weeks to come in! GO FOR IT!
