i had contacted you know who in i would say MARCH for a mockup. she sent one that was WAY off from what i wanted. (In MAY) i responded that maybe i was unclear with what i wanted and re-explained what i wanted IN MAY.
HI AUGUST... still havent heard anything back from her???? i emailed her again the beginning of this week and STILLLLL NOTHING.
is there any other way to get in touch with her... her invites are SO pretty but i dont think i need to deal with this poor business...
WWYD?? should i just give up and go to someone else??? ughhh.. annoying.
UPDATE: i JUST received an email from her apologizing, maybe i got 'lost in the shuffle' apparently one of her LIW clients emailed her the link to my post...

thats really strange bc shes always been really good about getting back to me...
have you been checking your spam folder...sometimes her emails go in there...maybe u have missed some of her responses?!

i dont kno who you're referring to, but im SO impatient when it comes to stuff like that...like its BUSINESS there's no reason for it to take that long with no contact, especially when it seems like she's missing your vision anyway...i say look elsewhere

Are you anywhere on her waiting list? I think she made a post once that if you don't respond to her in about two weeks, she figures you don't want to use her.
I would get back in touch with her and explain that you were under the assumption that she was getting back to you with new designs.

i have a phone number for her thats on one of her forms. i will FM you. i could only imagine how many e-mails she receives in a day, maybe they just got lost in the shuffle.
not only are her designs amazing but her prices are the best i have found & i spoke to many invitation people.

i check my spam everyday and nothing! i also responded to her the same day that i didnt like the mockup...
i guess this is another reason why she is banned... boo.. makes me sad when i see everyone post all their beautiful mock ups from her!!

A lot of girls have had problems with her...and a lot of them were complaining to Client Services when there's absolutely nothing that CS could do and they were getting sick of it so if you mention her name the thread will be pulled.
OP: IMO that is completely unprofessional and if I were treated in that manner I would write her an email telling her I was taking my business elsewhere.
I would love to know why she is banned before i go ahead and use her i am on her waiting list right now i am getting scared

i know its not CS problem, but a lot of girls who were complaining did not want to tell the brides on here bc she is popular and didn't want to worry brides. this is kind of a con on here, when you have issues with a vendor it either gets pulled or you have brides attacking your opinion.
I have to agree that she's a bit busy and that it takes a LONG time to hear from her...but make sure you are on her waiting list! if you dont email her back she will assume that u went w/someone else.
