Invitation question (re:the unmentionable') UPDATE

Original post by DnT2010

i had contacted you know who in i would say MARCH for a mockup. she sent one that was WAY off from what i wanted. (In MAY) i responded that maybe i was unclear with what i wanted and re-explained what i wanted IN MAY.

HI AUGUST... still havent heard anything back from her???? i emailed her again the beginning of this week and STILLLLL NOTHING.

is there any other way to get in touch with her... her invites are SO pretty but i dont think i need to deal with this poor business...

WWYD?? should i just give up and go to someone else???
ughhh.. annoying.

UPDATE:
i JUST received an email from her apologizing, maybe i got 'lost in the shuffle'
apparently one of her LIW clients emailed her the link to my post...

I have to agree that she's a bit busy and that it takes a LONG time to hear from her...but make sure you are on her waiting list! if you dont email her back she will assume that u went w/someone else.

i email her back and months later she took me off the list

that is weird that someone would do that

LoL sometimes I feel like we're in grammar school and someone ran to tell the teacher that another student was like cheating on a quiz or something

i thought so too..

i thought we were brides helping each other out not brides helping vendors (in the wrong no less) out.

oo well, maybe someone took my post too personally.. no big deal!

funny how quick she got back to me though.....

whoever did it is a kiss asss

Just playing devil's advocate....and NO I'm not the one who e-mailed her (if I did I wouldn't hide it, I would've told you I did), but maybe the LIW bride WAS trying to help you by letting her know that she skipped over you. Maybe the LIW girl was looking out for you and trying to make her realize her mistake????????

Just adding a different viewpoint........

good point. and i know, believe me and i respect that. and thank you to who ever emailed her. i understand that things slip through the cracks and it could have been an honest mistake and i understand that. but its not like im the first person this has happened to.. and that to me is not ok.. she is running a business and its her job to make sure she follows through with clients. it was several emails i sent... and again, it could have been an honest mistake.. but shouldnt a business owner check their spam too?? im not AT ALL annoyed that someone emailed her.. just found it funny HOW FAST she the responded to an email that i sent her...

i have decided not to use her bc i dont like her whole 'process' and the blog checking and all that.. i just want a simple invite!

thanks to everyone and thanks to whoever emailed her. if youre using 'you know who' your invites will be GORGEOUS.. without a doubt.. service.. not so much. - this was MY experience anyway.
