I didn't find one so I figured let's start one! I think it will be helpful for those of us that haven't found invites yet.

Post pics of your invites, tell us where you got them or even just post pics of invites you like!

Here's sort of what mine will look like. They're from the Calligraphy Lady, she custom-makes invites. Mine are letterpress and will also have a layer of pink vellum and a white satin ribbon. I can't wait to get them!

I have posted this invite before... but it is my parent's actual wedding invitation that I wish to copy. I will change the wording so that it will read:

Mr and Mrs FW
request the honour of your presence
at the marriage of their daughter
FW
to
FH
Son of
Mr and Mrs FH

Since my parents are going to probably foot most of the entire wedding bill, I feel as if they should go on top. but I think that FH's parents should be on it as well so it is a decent compromise.

I noticed that the year is not on the invite but it is from 1956. Mom and Dad will be married 49 years this year! G-d Bless them.
