So, what do you think of this wording, is this good for what i am looking for? Not sure if ill put the quote after our names or what quote ill use, more importantly just the wording used with everyones names and the way we are inviting people. obviously this is just a sample so not our names. Opinions, suggestions or whatever you want to say lol

Re: Invitation wording
That seems perfect. I'm leaving the names off the invite this time around personally (because by now everyone received the engagement announcement, the save the dates & etc.). I haven't rules it out completely but my mom actually prefers we have 'Together with their parents' odd as that may be?

HAHAH that is weird, i didnt even notice that. Could it possibly be that for bride and groom its the first, middle, and maybe confirmation name or something lol. Ill definitely make sure not to do that infact i think for our names we'll just use the first names since our parents names are above

Ok i dont want the invite to be about who paid for what or any of that. It's about our wedding and us getting married, so i dont want an invite that specifically points out or shows to anybody like a particular person is hosting. Its us and our families who have helped and been there for us so much.

I also did not want it to be about who paid for what...so we went with:
Marisa so and so and Thomas so and so together with their parents request the honour of your presence as they unite in the ceremony of marriage etc, etc, etc

Re: Invitation wording
Some tweaks.
1. Use full first names for fathers. I assume they are Richard and Timothy, but use whatever the correct name is.
2. Some layout and capitalization.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard White and Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Burrough
their hearts, their lives, and their cultures through marriage Saturday, the twenty-seventh of November two thousand and six at six o'clock in the evening Cross Community Church City, State (spell out state)
