Invitation Wording

My FH and I are conflicted with how to word our invitations as we are paying for the big day with some possible contribution by parents. We know that the people paying for the invite should be on the invitation however....we are debating if we should put our parents names on it anyway or just leave it as we are inviting everyone..

We are paying for the wedding ourselves as well but we worded it like this:

We are also paying for the wedding but wanted out parents so ours say:

Vanessa
Daughter of Mrs. S C & the late Mr. A C

& Axxxxx
Son of Mr & Mrs. Fxxxxxx

invite you to celebrate .....

To me I read this as us paying but saying who our parents are

We're paying as well with some smaller contributions from our parents we're using the following:

Michaela Marie Rasocha
and
Eric John Foley

Together with their families

FH and I are paying for the wedding, but we preferred the traditional wording of the bride's parents inviting. I think you can do whichever you like best!

we are also paying for the wedding ourselves and ours will say somehting like this:

This day I will marry my best friend,
the one I laugh with, live for, dream with, love
Chrystie
and
Maurizio
together with their families,
invite you to share in the joy and
celebration of their marriage
on Sunday, the nineteenth of June
two thousand and eleven....

We've only gotten financial contribution from my parents but felt like FH's parents have contributed in other ways through the years and wanted both sets of names on it even though FH and I are paying for 80% of the wedding on our own.

This is the wording we decided on after MUCH deliberation
