I have to tell you that it sounds like the names up top are your and his parents not both set of your parents. I would say
Ms. Pauline ______ & Mr. James ________
and
Mr. & Mrs. Michael ____________
request the honour of your presence
as their daughter
....

does that make sense?

Pauline & Jim are my parents and Mr. & Mrs. Michael are his parents so I can't word it 'as their daughter'....we want both of our parents names at top but it's so wordy since my parents are divorced and have different last names.
