Hi- Our reception and ceremony are both at a temple. My invitation woman (Juid from a bridal paperie) suggested 'reception immediately following.' I have seen 'reception to follow' more often.
Please tell me your pref as we need to make the order ASAP. THANKS!!

They're both fine. I think 'reception to follow' is simpler and more commonly used.

Ive seen reception immediately following quite often, especially when the two are in the same place.
Reception to follow is better if the reception is right after, but perhaps a different location.
JMO
to be clear - I think reception immediately following is highly appropriate in your case
