Invitation wordings help

For wedding date on invitation, do I have to write the date on words?

example:
My wedding date is Nov, 16, 2007 at 6:30pm
Do I have to write:

The Sixteen of November
Two thousand and seven
at
half past six

is there any rule?

You *should* spell out the date & time if there is room on the card (almost every invitation has room)

Friday, the sixteenth of November
Two thousand and seven
at half past six in the evening

OR

Friday, the sixteenth of November
Two thousand and seven
at six-thirty in the evening

I like this version the best!

oh, I can do six-thirty in the evening?

FH worry someone can't read,

He thinks I should just make it simple that NOT to spell the date but I think it is more formal and more 'RIGHT' to spell the whole date.

His exactly word:
Friday 16th November 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
