My wedding is October 2nd. When should I start looking at invitations?

im getting married on the second as well. i already ordered them on valentines day. im just waiting for them to come in the mail.one of my co-workers is getting married on the 10th she has hers. my wedding planner told me it take 4-6 weeks for some invitations to be ordered. and you have to mail them out 2-3 months before. so i would start looking.

I'm an Oct. 2 girl too! I'm currently looking for invites, ordering samples and figuring out the exact number we will need. I hope to order them within the next month or so.

I am an October 9th bride and I have also begun looking for and actually found an invitation I love... I am sooooo excited!!!!!!
It took me a while to find something I finally liked. I gave myself some time to look around....
