Invitations

Invitations

Can anyone recommend a place where I can go to look at wedding invitations...either in Queens or in Nassau County Long Island.

This will be my starting place, so I want somewhere that will not give me pressure to buy. I have no idea what I want and just want to get an idea of what is out there, prices etc.

When we were just looking we stopped in at a Halmark store..they have all of the books and they just left us alone at a table.... (I subsequently ordered them elsewhere, but we were able to rule out what we didn't like and write down the numbers of the ones we liked.)

Party City has a lot of books. When I went in there to look, they completely left me alone.

Are you familiar with Great Neck? They are located on Cutter Mill Road and the women that work there are Adrienne or Nancy - they are really incredible and they know their stuff. I highly recommend them!!!

Yup on the corner of Bell Blvd. and Northern in the Blockbuster shopping area. We went there to start looking.

Party City... they are very reasonable and TONS TONS TONS of really pretty ones....elegant ones too...to choose from and they don't even bother you, you walk right in and look, your on your own!!!
