Invitations

Invitations

I need some advice. I have a lot of guest coming from out of town and I want to have those folder invitations so I can include info on accommadations, attractions, etc., but they are so expensive. Should I just create a newsletter to include in the invitation instead with that info. Or, if anyone else had folder invitations, how much did you pay for them.

Re: Invitations

I had a lot of extra info to include...so I ordered additional small envelopes like the RSVP envelopes and had them print on the outside .... Important Information Enclosed. I inserted little cards I had printed off my computer for all the info like directions, where to stay, dress code, ferry information, and other things...

What's your budget?

I'm having pocketfolds custom made, by creativemontage.com that will look like this.

About $6.50 each.

Re: Invitations

It is possible to make them yourself. I've heard that cuts the price down to about 3.50 - 4.00 each.

Check out mygatsby.com and envelopements.com. You can order all the necessary supplies from them and even have them printed. All you'd have to do is put them together...

Re: Invitations

Those are beautiful, but $6.50 each is out of my budget, I would need about 160. I guess I have to figure out an alternative. Thanks...

Re: Invitations

paper-source.com sells pocketfold for about a dollar each. you can have all your info printed and put the invite together yourself

bios.magnificenbliss.com also has a link to a DIY inviations and they show you how to make a pocket fold yourself out of regular paper. good luck!
