Invitations...

I know im no where near sending them out just yet but i am making my guestlist and i was wondering when your addressing your aunt and uncles do you actually write Uncle so and so or Mr and Mrs so and so.
Im actually wondering in spanish, should i write
Tio Tony & Titi Janet _____________. or
Senor & Senora Tony _______________

Tio and Titi are a little informal. I would use 'Sr. y Sra'. so and so. I think the proper way is to use the abbreviated forms.
