Re: invitations

I'm going to also do First Middle and Last ...esp since FH's family goes by his middle name.

Re: invitations

i think it depends on who's hosting.

If your parents are hosting and it says,

'Mr. & Mrs. Smith invite you to the wedding of their daughter

Jane Ann'

you can just put your first and middle name. Your last name doesn't need to be written twice.

Re: invitations

i put my middle name ,but FH does not have one so i just put his first and last (otherwise i would have included it)... for example:

John & Jane Smith request the honor of your presence at the marraige of their daughter

Jennifer Marie

to

Bill Jones

Re: invitations

The 'rule' is supposed to be if your parents name is mentioned first then you put your first and middle name. Then you put his first and last name since its HIS name mentioned BEFORE his parents and you only put his parents first name...

BUT you dont have to do that... You can put your first and last and his first and last and both your parents first and last... Its whateva you like remember theres a twist to every tradition now ya know =)))
